Janice Laurie Associates has worked with a large range of organisations across all sectors and sizes of business

The business focuses on how to train and coach people in how to make changes in their own performance or in the performance of others


Examples of work completed include:

  • Conducting surveys on communication, organisational behaviours and employee satisfaction
  • Designing strategies to deal with people issues in a structured manner so that effective solutions can be implemented
  • Working with line managers to change systems and introduce new ways of working
  • Delivering training in a way that ensures that the knowledge, skills and behaviours of others are developed and allows them to put it into practice
  • Helping to develop the business plan by engaging the management team in the process of reviewing and developing the performance of their people
  • Identifying key issues and signposting to other expertise where it is required

Recent projects:

  • Presentation skills course for line managers who are involved in giving presentations to customers
  • Train the trainer course for supervisors who have to train other people
  • Health & safety awareness course for operatives who need to be reminded of their responsibilities
  • Appraisal training for a company who have recently introduced an appraisal system
