Janice has over 15 years experience working in the field of Human Resource Development in a variety of roles.Her earliest experiences were in local government where she started off in general personnel and then specialised in training and development. She then moved into the private sector into a general role in a manufacturing company with increased responsibilities across a wide range of functions that included site and field based employees.During her time there she was involved in a major redundancy exercise.

More recently she has developed her management and consultancy skills,firstly in a small limited company forging better links between education and industry and latterly in an advisory capacity working for Scottish Enterprise Tayside.In this role she has gained knowledge in economic development and been able to offer advice and assistance to large and small businesses working towards Investors in People.
